The video package produces one longer, carefully planned video (1–3 min) that lasts in use for a long time, for example on your website and YouTube. The short video package produces up to 8 short videos from one shoot day in all aspect ratios (landscape, portrait & square), for example for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, with the right number planned together.

The packages aren't mutually exclusive, many benefit from both. One strong anchor video on the website and a steady stream of short videos for social media support each other.

No. The agreement is always made one shoot day at a time. You can book one day or several consecutive months. Each shoot day is billed separately.

The package includes one carefully edited main video (1–3 min). If needed, you also get a short version (10–60 s) for social media and optimised aspect ratios for different channels: 16:9 landscape, 9:16 portrait, 4:5 and 1:1 square, at no extra cost.

You'll typically have your video ready within 1–2 weeks of the shoot. Simpler projects are often completed within a few business days. Minor fixes like logo swaps or text changes are usually done the same business day.

You'll receive the final files primarily via a Dropbox download link, valid for at least 12 months. Files can also be delivered via OneDrive, Google Drive or WeTransfer.

By default, every project is invoiced 50/50: half when the order is confirmed and half upon delivery of the finished work. Payment term is 14 days net. If you'd like different payment terms for your project, just let me know at the latest when confirming the order and we'll agree on it.

An order is considered confirmed when the client accepts the quote in writing, for example by email. A separate contract, if any, simply records the already agreed terms, and its signing is not a precondition for the order being valid. You can review the full terms and conditions separately.

Yes. I carefully archive all projects, so updates like logo or contact info changes can be done flexibly at an hourly rate (€85/h + VAT).

Main cameras record simultaneously to two memory cards, so a backup is created at the moment of capture. During editing, all footage is always stored on two physically separate drives.

Most often yes. A video works best when it features a real person from your company: an expert, leader or someone else who can speak naturally about the topic.

If a natural presenter isn't found inside the company, I can help find an outside presenter. A separate quote is made for this case by case.

I grant unlimited usage rights for the finished videos and photos. You may use them for as long as you want, in all channels and without geographical restrictions.

Please note the following exceptions:

Third-party performers: If the project uses professional actors or models, their own agreements may limit the usage period or channels.

Music: The Artlist music I use gives you a permanent right to use that specific video, but the music may not be separated from the video for other use.
